Collection Overview The collection consists of three letters written to Robert Lathan during his tenure as the editor in chief of the News and Courier (Charleston, S.C.). The letters include correspondence from Rev. I.E. Lowery concerning a book that Lowery wrote. The 1913 letter was written by D.R. Williams from Flat Rock, N.C.
